Our mission at Nuvo Dental of Irvine is to create beautiful smiles that our patients can share with the rest of the world. For that reason we have created the free lifetime whitening program. Ensuring that each patient that leaves our office leaves with a radiant white smile they are proud to show.

When you visit our office for your checkup examination and cleaning, we will create custom professional whitening trays for you and provide you with the proper whitening gel.  Thereafter every 6 months when you visit us for your routine checkup and cleaning we will present you with complimentary touch up whitening gel so that you are able to maintain that brilliant white smile.

 

Requirements for the program:

*That you be 18 or more years of age.
*Complete an exam, x-rays and treatment diagnosed by the Doctors.***
*Schedule your next 6 month hygiene wellness visit at the conclusion of your current appointment.
*Keep your 6 month wellness visits current. Your long term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that these six month visits greatly help reduce emergencies. That is why we are happy to provide this extra bonus for patients who are committed to their dental health.
*Give us 24 hours notice if appointments must be rescheduled for any reason and arrive on time for appointments.
*Keep payments current.
*Lost or destroyed applicator trays will be remade for a $50.00 replacement fee.

***Gum and teeth health are necessary to receive professional whitening in order to prevent complications that may arise with unhealthy teeth and gums. Whitening materials will be provided when treatment is completed or as advised.
